I see these everywhere, only they are smaller. Sometimes they are pink. Whenever i see them i throw them at something or somebody and it bursts like a paintball.
In those pictures it looks like its solidifying. In younger specimens the inside is liquid.

I must have overlooked the size description. They are too big for L epidendrum.
Lycogala terrestre is probably a better name. It's a larger species, but I'm not sure how big they can get.
