Mycelium Vs Mold..

Looking at my jars the other day I noticed a largish patch of Penicilium (sp) mold in one of the jars..anyway, being extremely lazy I left it to do it's thing..had another look today and there's no sign whatsoever of any mold...just nice feathery mycelium in its place...anyone else had this before? I'm guessing the mycelium was strong enough to kill the mold off...I've not seen it happen before personally :smile:

the same thing is happenin with my friends..
not a while ago there a a green spot..now its fading away and not even spreadin

the green comes the fades to me all the time so thats why i want to know what big johnson is talking about a "green proof strain" is it possable?
