Inside temperate is 66 degrees. I've been fanning for 30 seconds and misting them 3 times a day.

I put the first cake in on Friday. I've been adding cakes daily because they all colonize at different speeds. What's the ideal fruiting temperature?

Just wait it out. =)
Keep fanning/misting, I'm sure you'll see pins eventually. I had a bit anxiety with my first cakes in the chamber, too! Some of them just take a while to pin.

So it has been only 4-5 days??? relax and let them do they thing...it can take up to 15 days for pins to show up! Ideal temp? well there is so much different opinions on that...i say mid 70!

They will pin, just be more patient. Your SGFC is looking good. I bet that you will have pins in a week. It is not necessary to fan, just go ahead misting and you should have success soon.
BTW, they will perform better if you give them a better light source.

They have an indirect light source of sunlight. My TV is about 3 feet from the window. Should I replace my lamp bulb with something that will reflect sunlight? I usually stay up all night so the lamp is always on. Is this not enough sunlight?

As the above advice says, just be patient and wait it out, they don't always pin right away.. Did you dunk your cakes ? Also do you have a hygrometer to be sure that the Rh is right ?

looks like humidity may be a bit off, check out my tub walls. note the heatingpad under for warmer temp-75f

Tub walls are not an indication of Rh.. The condensation on the side of the tub just represents a temp difference between the inner and outter temp of the tubs..
How is air getting under that tub ? Are there holes on the bottom ??Quote:

condensation on the walls doesnt mean high RH...its only temp diference between outside and inside!

Electronic hygrometers dont work correct in the range of 70-99%. Get a analog hygrometer. Even the cheapest analog hygrometer is better than a electronic one.

At the first sight i would say that you need to drill much more holes on all 6 sides in order to get a good SGFC.
