Deadlifts.
Bulking up is impossible without subjecting your muscles to serious work load. There is no way around putting in alot of hard work.

Hard work and good nutrition.
Supplements can only help in providing nutrition where it may be inadequate. Supplements are just that - supplements. No supplement will provide dramatic results like they are advertised to, so don't fall for marketing tricks. If they worked so well, they'd be banned.

AMP protein shake is great, buy the big tube it can be a little pricey but you could probably get it online cheaper. I like the chocolate one its excellent with a banana thrown in there and some reduced fat peanut butter. That's just extra calories though which are alright if your trying to bulk but anyway better and healthier than muscle milk in my opinion not mention less expensive. You need to eat a lot of protein if your trying to bulk....more weight lifting less cardio.

I recommend the Nitrotech creatine for lean muscle building. I recommend the strawberry, drink it during your workout then have a lil protein after your workout. Make sure to only take it if you are going to work out, otherwise it turns to fat almost immediatly, FACT.

Why would creatine immediately turn to fat lol? Sure, a lot of creatine products are loaded with sugar but thats about it. The body isn't going to store fat unless more calories are consumed than what it needs to function or a badly timed insulin spike tells the body to store nutrients when there is an over-abundance of "energy nutrients" (carbs and/or fat). But I guess your point is correct if that product is loaded with sugar, in which case I'd say its overpriced crap.
To the OP, what's your goals and your current training experience? What are you doing to get there? How do you eat?

if your talking GNC products.. I used the GNC heavy weight gainer protein and did powerlifting. I gained 10 lbs within 2 months. I also saw huge gains. But thats when i first started out
id still recommend it. I did half of the recommended intake per time. (when i woke up, and after workout. Infact im prob gonna go buy some this week. (its been like 5 months)
and i only recommend taking it if you are doing powerlifting or bodybuilding.
