JoeMolloy and his ban

I'm so confused.
I used to hate Joe Molloy. The guy is a bastard. He's arrogant, and he can be a total dick.
But dammit if he didn't write some of the best shit on this forum. Almost everything he wrote was worth reading, and I can't say that for a lot of the people here!
Now he's banned, and I don't know why. And I for one will miss him.
He really put psychedelics and the psychedelic state of mind into perspective for me. He taught me how to have a healthy respect for psychedelics by not looking to them to learn. He was right when he said don't listen when people tell you to integrate, it will only make things worse.
The psychedelic state of mind is bullshit, he was damn right.
There's my ode to Joe Molloy.
What do you guys have to say?

The reason he was banned was because yes, he did make us question our journeys in the realm of psychs, but for the past few days now all he's been doing is "OH well since you're so enlightened please tell all of us who aren't on your level" no matter what someone would say. He was just trolling.

I disagree on that one. I try integrate my psychedelic feelings and conclusions into daily life, and feel like that can be the best parts about psychedelics.
where's the post you're talking about?

I'm not so sure though. I think to a certain extent, yes, but I would say that I for one definitely got a lot out of it.
Maybe he was gettin a bit out of control, but I didn't think it deserved a ban just yet!
Maybe I'm wrong though, oh well.

I would say that integration is okay, and even good to a certain extent, but people try to integrate to the point of making their journeys a reality, and it's unhealthy.
I'd be the first to say that I've taken some great things from my trips, but I never go into my trips hoping to learn.
And I don't have time to find the post right now, but I'll go look for it later!

He's got a 3 day break to think about his actions. Typical standard forum bullshit, nothing to see here.

Making posts that his style was liked will just piss mods off though.
I did notice a difference in his attitude once he got popular.
Either way,
He'll learn a lesson, or get banned again. Only time will tell which.

3day ban is nothing. i really find it hard to believe they would ban someone of the callibre of joe. He's a great influence on here. They are just keeping people in check.

I made a thread.. and for a few days he seemed to chill out and I went from hating him to getting him and his standpoints. But if he can't be a nice respectful person then I'm not sure how upset I am about his departure. Though I guess his rude blunt words make the impact he's trying to achieve better then calm asserted advice. I have mixed feelings.
I think the psychadelic experience is very personal and really just up for ones own deciphering. He always said he couldn't get answer.. maybe he should have never intended to ask questions. I do at some points but I only seek what benifits my life and how I can help the world around me. Because while I'm here that's all that matters.
If Joes mad that their were no all encompassing knowledge filled answers to the universe and reality's secrets.. well all I can say is some things are secret and too big for our comprehension for reasons unknown anyways. We'll never grip them. Be happy with the wonderment. Sorry joe you've tricked your self into thinking you were deceived by setting a mission to "find" to begin with.
I'm just as level headed in my societal interactions I'm willing to put money on it. Yet I also enjoy my psychedelics and am happier not trying to wrap my head around some things. The middle between skepticism and belief is called wonderment. And instead of thinking he's got it figured out. I bet he'd be better off with some in his interprations of the pyschadelic experience
