URGENT: Insect larva in my Cubes!

Okay so I've just had a shittonne of rain and there are some beautiful cubies growing in my back yard, the only problem is that I have spotted what I presume to be the eggs of a mushroom eating grub inside the gills of the mushroom's caps. I have seen this happen to mushrooms I've found before, but luckily for me, I've been able to spot the eggs before they hatch and rapidly devour the shroom (I'm talking like whole shroom harvests destroyed in a matter of hours).
So I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if so how did you get rid of the grubs? These are too valuable to lose to some puny insects. I want to use the caps to extract spores, so I don't think boiling water would be a grand idea.
Here are some pictures of the eggs, and hopefully I won't have to upload pictures of the imminent destruction.

I have read of "mosquito-dunks" being used, but I am sure that this was for subs and not fruits.
I look forward to more info here.
Good luck,

I did. Wasn't effective at getting eggs out at all, they're really stuck in there well. I can only think of somehow killing the eggs.

Dessication.
You will end up eating them, but this is probably not a health risk.

Please do elaborate. And remember I'm trying to get a spore print from this.

Why on earth are you worrying about bug eggs if you're taking a spore print? You've already got it ten times dirtier than the eggs did just by handling it to take the pictures. Print it already.
Never use pesticides on mushrooms. They'll absorb it like a sponge. Never wash mushrooms either. It makes them slimy.
Either the color balance on your camera is way off, or that's not a cube. RR

I found it odd that it wasn't stained, when clearly it has been damaged.

He made me take a closer look when he said, "cubies growing in my back yard". Most of us don't live in a cow pasture. RR

I always thought the mushrooms in my yard looked a little different to the ones in pictures. But I have tested them myself multiple times before and they're definitely psychedelic. And yes, they bruise blue.
Also, I have horses on my property. They were growing out of horse crap.

I don't see any blue either, the spot where you cut the cap from the stype should instantly turn dark blue and also where the stem was all split in the one pic should have looked like you colored it with a blue marker everywhere it was split. Maybe you discovered a new species, or have been eating deadly poisonous mushrooms. Some mush are psychedelic and deadly, just a thought.

You don't happen to live in Asia would you? There are mushrooms there that grow wild that look just like that. I don't know much about other places mushrooms but yeah just a guess. Also, I have seen someone "trip" on water based paper they thought was LSD with no prior experience with any psychedelics. Have you identified it?

Mushrooms of the same species often look slightly different to each other if they are in different countries or environments. I'm guessing that's why these cubes (at least I assume they are) look weird. Anyways, they are slowly being consumed by the grubs

Well...
I don't know.
But I will give my 2 cents. I like bugs.
I actually breed and cultivate them. Yeah its a nasty thing to do. but so is growing fungus. as well...
maybe it is a Collembola specie? they are known to feed o fungus.
matter-of-fact speaking (yes thats annoying) i breed them on fungus infected rice...
(to feed other species of life... see below)

So maybe that is a specie of fungus loving common house hold specie of bug... (not very harmful at all... maybe does nothing more than add needed proteins to your heavy fungus diet.)

in other words...
don't worry about that bug. it will die when you take a spore print.
the larvae requires 80% - 100% humidity in order to survive...
and your spore print will dry out.

Even with the quote "cubes growing in my back yard" I am still not convinced he has found genuine cubensis", as one can't take the word of someone as convinced as they might be. If he had gathered genuine cubensis mushrooms, then it would have been within a half a minute that the mushrooms he'd gathered to take the color of one. It would have been blue within a minute or less from the time of harvest to the time of capture. Although they look VERY similar to P. Cubensis I don't see why they would be without a print or blue photo.

your right...
IDK... but
I am looking at a EQ mushroom and comparing the caps quite strictly and I am having a' hard time trying to find a hardened similarity to a cubensis like the poster is trying to compare the like mushroom too.
I don't think that this is a cubensis mushroom like the poster is trying to portray is its to be.
