It may be a Mite of some kind as well.

Even with the quote "cubes growing in my back yard" I am still not convinced he has found genuine cubensis", as one can't take the word of someone as convinced as they might be. If he had gathered genuine cubensis mushrooms, then it would have been within a half a minute that the mushrooms he'd gathered to take the color of one. It would have been blue within a minute or less from the time of harvest to the time of capture. Although they look VERY similar to P. Cubensis I don't see why they would be without a print or blue photo.

but

I am looking at a EQ mushroom
and comparing the caps quite
strictly and I am having a'
hard time trying to find
a hardened similarity to
a cubensis like the poster
is trying to compare the like
mushroom too.

I don't think that this is a cubensis
mushroom like the poster is trying
to portray is its to be.
