Bacterial blotch is known to appear green and black and make mushroom flesh ooze while it eats away at it. Perhaps this is a case of it. But in any case, those in the 'Contamination Forum' could help you.

that sounds and looks like whats going on thanks a bunch ill post pictures anyway so people who read this can know what it looks like in case someone runs into the same problem.
are they safe to eat because they dry fine?
heres a good quote from the site below
"Yellow to brown lesions form on mushrooms. Typically, spotting occurs at or near the edge of mushroom caps. Blotch occurs when mushrooms remain wet for a period of 4 to 6 hours or longer after water has been applied. The bacterium is spread in air-borne soil particles. Controls include lowering humidity and watering with a 150 ppm chlorine solution (calcium hypochlorite products are used since sodium hypochlorite products may burn caps). If the mushroom stays wet, however, chlorine has little effect since the bacterial population reproduces at a rate that neutralizes the effect of the oxidizing agent. Shiitake caps are affected by a bacterial disease caused by Pseudomonas gladioli (Burkholderia gladioli). Sanitation is a critical component of control measures. "

that shroom was overly saturated with water and not getting enough fresh air for proper evaporation... causing it to mold.

oh ive allready established that its bacterial blotch as it doesnt smell/ look anything like mold and the 2 mushrooms that were infected were in a tight crowded area one was in the center of a cluster that pushed up agains the side of my fc and the other mutated and grew down underneath a cluster where it was cramped and i could see how it would not have breathing room thanks for that everyone i learned a lot and for those interested here are my pics <333

and since i never made a growlog here are some pics of the rest of my grow
i did 5 cakes of ks and 4 of treasure coast dont have any tc photoes uploaded besides the infected one above ^ but here are some of the ks

never noticed the gills looked like this allway thought they were straight

my fattest cube of the grow!
