Help me design my grow room!

So i've done 2 grows. The first one turned out pretty good, but the second one never fruited after having a 100% colonized mono tub. I think it may be the lack of FAE or lighting or something. I was using a 16 watt bulb for 12/12. I've got 6 jars going right now and 1 jar that has been colonized. The one jar that's done, I'm going to make a LC with, but not exactly sure how to do it. I would like your guys help on setting up a grow room that I can try one mono tub in and if it all goes good do 8 mono tubs in the next time. I have a 10x6x9 (LxWxH) closet, but am going to only be using 4x4x9 for the grow room. The reason I want a grow room is to make things consistent with lighting, FAE, and contaminations. Please help me set up a perfect grow room. I will update this thread with pictures and progress with what's going on. I'm going to upload a picture of what I have drawn up so far for an idea and let you guys expand/critique my idea.

Why just make a monotub?

what would you suggest instead? I'm just trying to do something that doesn't require crazy amounts of attention as i'm rather busy. I'm open to any suggestions, but i've only ever attempted mono tubs, so I don't really know to much about other ways of growing them.

mono tubs are the most "set & forget" method of growing cubes. I spawn to bulk, set on a shelf for 14 days, put into fruiting conditions & let it sit until this happens:

Those were put into this room:

I leave the "door" (a piece of plastic I Velcroed to the 2x4 support) cracked @ the top about 18" & have that little blue fan running 24/7 pointing to the back top corner of the room. There's also 2 2" in diameter holes in sheeting behind the monos that I cut for the extension cords. I can keep the room @ 72 w/ an oil-filled radiator style space heater on Low #4. I'll also be hanging the lights from some 2x4s soon also.
here's the link to my build thread.
I think you're making this room design a little too difficult. As I said above, monos are complete set & forget. I don't fan or mist except: I fan once real good upon putting them into fruiting conditions to aid in the evaporation of the excess moisture on top of the substrate, but that's it. As long as you have your monos set up properly, a small fan in the room to circulate air & a space heater the room will be fine.
