A Rented cement mixer? Would a washed out mixer be sanitary enough (not contams but rather the fact that cement has alot of chemicals in it)? Any interesting methods for mixing large amounts?? The stuff is really heavy after pasteurisation. Do you think that the straw would have to be cut in order for the mixer to work well?

buy a 5 gallon bucket . then take some wood and make a make shift cement mixer. have it rotate between the wood on a nail or somthing. or just take a sheet sex up the side except a lil opening the shake it to hell

don't waste your money on renting a cement mixer. if you want to spend that kind of money, just buy one of those spinning barrel compost mixers. just throw in your straw, shit, and water and give her a spin. mix complete.
i think the most economical way is just to buy a big trash can and fill it 1/3 of the way with your mix (or whatever amount you can lift), then shake the hell out of it and add water. if the shaking doesn't mix it up enough, take a hoe or other garden tool and stir it up and reshake.

naw,just seperate it into a bunch of small piles,mix them individually,then mix all the piles up together,like Moe said

I always used this:
