I have had plenty of success with cubes but want to do something different. I have read about their being species that are much stronger and have cleaner more enjoyable trips. I'm googling both but am unable to decide on one or the other. Does anyone have anything they can advise me on which one to try and why and also point me in the direction of some good indoor teks? I have used the search bar and still am but would appreciate any input. Thanks.

Pan cyanescens is dirt easy once you have the right substrate and temperature. They are pretty vulnerable to contams if you use carbohydrate based substrate but, since they are shitlovers you can use any mix of dung(horse/cow/sheep > good/better/best), straw, coffee grounds and they will pretty much care for them selves from spore to fruit.
In my experience pasteurized poo works well to lower the contam risk.

Fuck.
Psilocybe cyan and Pan Cyan have different looking mycelium. Inoculate some agar with your spores. If the culture resembles cubesis mycelium, your spores are PS. Cyan.

Ps Cyans is generally grown outdoors in colder climates. I'm sure there's a successful indoor grow log out there, but it's not common. They also take a while.
Pan Cyans are very fast and the way to go. You must grow them on manure or straw.

Yeah for indoor grows I would definately say Pan Cyans. Psilocybe Cyanescens require great patience and are more about getting a spot established in the great outdoors. You would usually be waiting nearly a year, often more before you see any fruits. They can be grown indoors but with difficulty; they basically don't like it and flushes are usually small.
