The upcoming UFC middleweight title fight between two jugggernauts of the sport, Georges St. Pierre (omnivore) and Jake Shields (vegetarian) should once and for all prove which is the better diet. Better as in being able to have superior endurance, quicker thinking and more explosive strikes.
So sit back and throw some rice on the barbie and let's see how this plays out.

I like the folks that are vegetarian, but eat eggs, cheese and fish.

If you eat sea cucumbers, you are both a vegetarian AND a carnivore simultaneously. And a moron.

Are those the things in the ocean that you rub and they shoot what looks like jizz? Crazy creatures indeed. Not sure I would be eating one. Besides to kill such fun seems a waste...
Would you have the guts to do this?

It's a ploy. The guy eats meat all the time. He just claims to be a vegetarian to make the other guy think he is a pussy.

Does a sample set of 1 really prove the optimum diet for these characteristics? Don't answer that.
