you can tell tho tht the beginning of the track overruns the end of the track therefore starting over on top of the one thats ending so its more difficult to decipher where it actually begins and ends thus.. continuous dropping sound

the low note fades out and the high note fades in making it difficult to tell, but that's the point.

Yup I think it was around 24 seconds (and another time) you can hear the high note get louder as the low note fades. I forget it was a few hours ago when I listened to it.
I guess according to wiki it can also appear to be a rising sound also.
