While I am definitely not a trusted cultivator I would say that if you as a human being can do the laundry in that room without suffocating, your mushies will be fine.

An uninsulated utility room is perfect. You will get plenty of air flow with out a fan.

If you are having an FAE problem put a fan on a timer pointed away from your fc.

You want some air movement but not so much that it drys out your sub

I keep that little fan going 24/7 point up & in the direction of my monos. I don't fan them ever. & they do just fine.

That's a "spare" room I built in my basement. I keep the door open about 12" @ the top right corner & have 1 or 2 holes in the plastic on the sides for the extension cords. The holes are about 2" in diameter.

Yea, I'm sure you'll be fine. Where do you have the thermometer located as in respects to where your monos will be? I'd try to avoid using the dryer everyday, however.

You using floros? I had 4' shop lights that held 2 bulbs equipped with those plant spectrum strips all along my ceiling. They were VERY light weight and quite inexpensive. When I moved I had to get rid of my hood and lights though cus they would me more expensive to ship than to either buy or rebuild. I havent done an isolation in a year :frown:.
