Seen this today when i checked my jars thought I'd share it. It's some cube that ********* sent me by accident.

I was just sharing with whoever wanted to see some pinning. The jar is not fully colonized yet tho so i didn't figure I should start fruiting it yet, to prevent mold. But they are pretty large so should i just go ahead and put it in the FC?

how much are they colonized? they look close...if there mostly colonized id carefully wash off the uncolonized part then fruit them it looks like they might break off though when you try to get them out of the jars but good luck looks like some nice pins for a cake

take that tin foil off bro!!! thats why you have un-colonized parts. After sterilizing and inoculation, leave the tinfoil off as you should have a dry barrier of verm as your contam shield. The foil restricts GE and growth.

Yeah I would say they are around 90%. I went ahead and did what you said steelmonkey. I managed to get em all out without breaking any off. I will definitely do that as well from now on slapp, I didn't realized i could do that. Still pretty inexperienced. I'll keep an update on how they turn out. Appreciate the help guys!
