Identification Of Mushroom
    #14288519 - 04/14/11 05:39 AM (12 years, 10 months ago)

Hi,

Went on my first hunt in Melbourne today. Im out in the Northern Suburbs. Saw a few clusters of these today:

A positive or negative identification would be good. Conditions were in a woodland type area, spore print is obviously white, and when you pick them the stem turned an off brown. They are still young because I saw a few tiny ones around the same area and we've only had a few days of rain lately!

Cheers!

Nah I think I can only get quite easy ones at the moment, mate. Hopefully I'll learn a bit more this autumn.

there is something about the indented nipple, and its polished light tan leather appeal that screams fairy!
