Best of luck!
Love is fun.

"Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of temperance. It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A Prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded." -Abraham Lincoln

Love is just a series of pleasant chemical reactions that give the delusion that is real-a sober reality? Is it really? What is sober if not clearly intoxicated, or aware of the natural intoxication of everyday life and their clearly profound effect on ones action and reality as a whole to that individual?
Real indeed, since it chemicals after all.

I believe love exists, but I don't believe all humans are capable of having true, undying love for a person. It takes a lot of characteristics in two people to make them last forever, at least imo.

Love is the reason for creation. The love of the creator to create. I am an atheist though so don't think i believe "God" is the creator.
Love is the basis of reality from my perspective.

Love is why we live.
For a while, shiny objects, things we own, money we earn... IT feels like why we live. It's exciting, it's fun, and there's a lot of it.
Eventually we realize that 'stuff' doesn't get us true happiness. Money can't, either.
We sit in a room full of 'stuff' and feel empty inside... unless we've got good friends that we love, and maybe even an exclusive partner to grow old with, and share our dreams and fears and thoughts with.
That being said, being single can be just as exhilerating as falling in love! Depends on where you're starting from at that moment

Indeed, although the laws have been distinctly unfriendly to polyamorous groups who have children, so that's something to weigh into the game. Also, things like legal benefits between all the members of the marital union aren't recognized, which can be problematic when it comes to health benefits or even just the right to be at a loved one's side on their deathbed.
All of life requires compromises and deep thought, I guess.
