i would say definelty a Ganoderma sp. i dont know your area well but i would guess either G lucidum or G tsugae.

any ideas what 5 could be? it was growing off of birch and the underside was yellow anybody know if there are any medicinal properties with the Fomitopsis pinacola

was found in sand on river bank. birch maple pine oak all within 10 foot radius

1,2,3 Kuehneromyces mutabilis or something close ? = Callistosporium luteo-olivaceum 5 Xeromphalina species Could be Pluteus cervinus, Pluteus petasatus, or another Pluteus. Pluteus petasatus is known for having a central depression in the cap.

thanks vjp, i think u nailed em' right on the head. the prints from 123 came out a cinnamon brown. ? white as white could be no creamyness or nothing and is the pluteus print. thanks for the ids much appreciated

1 dunno probably Marasmius 2 Pholiota veris, yea these are everywhere 3-4 Hypholoma 5 Psathyrella 6 Kuehneromyces vernalis Trilium that are out now  spore prints tomorrow = Callistosporium luteoolivaceum this stub = probably Ganodera tsugae! they're pinning here - last year's old rotting ones shouldnt be far away
