Fruiting problems

Ive got a few issues I was hoping you guys could help with. Pic below.
I birthed 1 BRF (PF Tek) cake about a week ago, dunked and rolled. It has been in a tupperware fruiting chamber with perlite, 12 hours of light a day. Misted 3 times a day, new air once a day.
I thought we had mini pins after 1 day, but then nothing since then.
I thought it might not be humid enough, but Ive been checking and misting and I really dont think so.
Question 1: Maybe the temperature is too low? 67 degrees about? Why isnt this fruiting?
Also, we birthed 2 more cakes 2 days ago, did not dunk and roll, and havent seen anything from them. My friend put them upside down by accident,
Question 2: is it too late to flip those ones over?
Lastly, I have about 9 more jars, I took tape off and that helped stalled colonization a bunch more are almost ready
Question 3: Should I let them pin inside the jars? I tried to do that before, but after 6 days of being 100% colonized, I didnt see any pins, got worried an birthed it anyways.
inoculation was March 6th, 1 cake birthed after 4.5 weeks, 2 others birthed after 5.5 weeks. Week 6 just finished

Give your jars one more week after they are 100% colonized. Then you can dunk & roll them.
Temperature is ok.
Patience is the key...
They can take up to 3 weeks until they fruit. Make sure you have a light source, fresh air exchange and enough humidity.

i looked carefully. i see no holes. no holes=no fresh air exchange temp good. need fresh air and patience.
and by the time i have typed this i see PERUN has notced the same thing, he just types faster than me.
pinning trigger =fresh air, light and lower than colonization temps.

It's not too late to flip those cakes over. It's also not to late to dunk and roll them like the tek says.
Nor is it to late to add holes to your FC.

Thanks all
Where in the chamber should holes be?
There were some holes on the "handles" near the top of the tupperware, but we taped them up because I thought it would let the humidity out.
If you guys dont think that is too high, ill remove
Otherwise, just poke holes 1/3rd of the way up or something?
