HI, I was wandering what would be the best temperature to germinate papaver somniferum?

I have been reading some guide and they say the ideal temp would be around 15C (60F) but would still germinate with temps between 10C - 21C (50F - 70F), is this true. Thanks

If I decide to do a late plant, say half way through Spring, then I'll put them in to peat pellets and throw them in the fridge for a couple of days, then let them out in to the natural daylight. Seems to speed up the germination rate by a lot.
