About time to upgrade the PS3

I love my old 60gig model PS3. With the backward-compatible hardware built into the machine I'd never want to replace it with a newer model (this console still plays all my PS2/PS1 games flawlessly...and yes I still play PS2/PS1 games). But I'm getting tired of deleting games to make room for new ones. Even though I don't use my PS3 to store media (music, pics, movies, etc) I still have it filled up with game data. Whenever I install new games I have to delete previous games to make room. So I broke down and ordered a hard drive. Should be here tomorrow and then I'll have all the room in the world to install as many games as I see fit. And I can take the old 60gig drive and stick it in my computer.
Yay for upgradeable consoles!

Yeah, I was gonna say all you have to do is buy any Sata 2.5 inch hard drive and you can put as much as you can find in it.
I wish I had the 60gb Model. I traded in my PS2 so now I can't play any of them.

I don't play a ton of console games, more of a PC gamer, but I bought my girlfriend a PS3 a few years back.
She wanted one so bad so she could play her vast collection of PS2 games.
But I didn't know the newer models weren't backwards compatible, and her's isn't.
We still get a ton of use out of it, me with Black Ops and Assassins Creed and her with Sims3 and Final Fantasy.
But I wish I had the other model.
