1st monotub -- condensation issue

Okay so right now I have a big ol' monotub full of coir/verm/coffee/gypsum mix...it is colonizing nicely, about 80-85% complete.
However, when I peek inside (the tub is clear) there is notable condensation forming on the myc and sides of the tub. I think this may be slowing colonization considerably, as it's taking a while to colonize completely. When I lifted up the tub to look at the bottom of the substrate to check its colonization status, I noticed that a considerable amount of water had pooled on the other side of the tub when I did this, due to gravity.
So, I have 2 questions:
Will condensation stall the tub/slow colonization speed?
What can I do to get rid of the excess condensation?
Thanks, much appreciated...
edit: just noticed that there is enough water in the tub that it's actually submerging the myc in some parts of the tub. What can I do about this?

IME theres not much you can do at that point but ride it out until its done , then you can crack the lid some and pull the polyfill ...
condensation is caused by the differing temp outside the tub to that of the inside ... best advice i can give you is try to regulate those temps so they are about the same ...

Hmm not much I can do about the room temperature. Summer is coming and things are heating up tremendously, nothing I can do about it unfortunately...
The top of the sub is already completely colonized, would it be okay if I were to pull out some of the polyfill now and let it evaporate some? Or would trich fuck me over?
