http://http://http://

this cake has been growing very slowly for about 2+ months now it's b+ i'd say from what's visible it's about 85-90% done but one side which got done first has start to actually receed from the edge of the tub and it just seems like their is too much water formed in their.
oh nd this was a kit i bought from a shop the tub was made up all i did was inject the spores.
anywazy has any one any advice all i can really do is make it cooler ir even open it up now and hope i can start fruiting?

If I was you id make new jars yourself and start over. IME if it takes more then a month to colonize (or really more then 2 weeks) its not worth fruiting. The substrate had to much water in it to start with.

"life is like a drop of rain getting closer and closer to falling into a lake, and then when you hit the lake there is no more rain drop, only the lake."

Growing with bags, start to finish (including my new grain and substrate prep)
Anyone looking to start bulk tubs/mono tubs/shotgun hybrids? Good tubs to use..
How I do grain (old still good tips)
Turn your closet into a fruiting chamber
Casing layer colonization and overlay

It looks like your lid isn't giving any gas exchange.

Another possibility is a contam is winning the battle inside there. that's if you have a proper lid allowing ge.
