I normally do, but the ground was so soft that it just came out when i touched it.

BTW, went for another hunt today aswell...

We left a good few pins there to grow aswell.

I don't know about you guys, but i'm off to a great start this season.

Considering I ingested some yesterday, do you recommend I take double to dose

Check out my post on the last page, I took a picture of th habitat.

The ground was really mulchy and damp. They were found on a river bank and on the other side of the path I was on. I haven't found any in my usual spots yet, finding these was pure luck.

Found a bunch in my usual patch yesterday, it seems to me that they have begun earlier this year than last year. I didnt find anything in the patch last year until early may. They were nice and potent too, shared them with a British and an Austrian tourist and they loved them.

Ye man it was great, a friend of mine who has never had any psychedelics before or weed for that matter wanted to try some, he absolutely loved it. The rain early this morning and today will do wonders for all our patches, I cant wait to see how many more have grown by the end of the week!

There is alot of fallen trees that are decaying at my new spot, would this be a good place to look when it rains?
Around the bases of big gum trees there is alot of shedded bark, also a good place to look?
Sorry about the questions, I just want to know where you find them most :/

Get yer arse out there now. :smirk:

They're starting to fruit and will continue to do so until September if the conditions are right.

Search woodchip gardens, in native bush with Eucalyptus, usually in grass around the base(not always associated with gum trees). Also Pine forests.

Everywhere!!

Cow shit in nice green fields where cows have once roamed. Late spring to late summer.

You'll find more info than you need with the search tool, top right

Thanks Locky,

What are the conditions required for the psilocybe to grow in the wild, does it have to rain for certain time?, whats the best time of the day to go hunt?

When it rains, wait until after the sunny day that follows that rain. Go at night if you want.

Rain>sunny-day>maximum-cubensis-shrooms!
