Brusing or mold?
    #14272580 - 04/11/11 02:08 PM (12 years, 9 months ago)

Hello friends,
I have looked through the archives and I am leaning toward brusing. I have some fruiting cakes and a couple of the stems on one of them just turned a shiny blue green. I did pour a little water on the cakes this morning because they were drying out quite a bit. Was just wondering if anybody else had any insite on what this might be. Also a couple of the cakes have blue green hue on the tops (not fuzzy).
Here are some picks.

Bruising. But your cakes and fruits are too dry.

I plan on soaking these things for a day or so when they finish this first flush.
Thanks.
