Last night i inoculated 20 jars with eq strain. BTW i could not believe the amount of spores in the syringes i bought from spore works. the liquid was deep purple...a HUGE difference from the clear ones i got from spores-101...i will keep this updated with Pict's soon!

Darker spores are not always a better thing. If there are too many spores, they may compete. Not that many spores are required to germinate! Think of it this way, when you cum inside a girl, it only takes one sperm to get to the egg for pregnancy to occur!!!! Good luck mate!

What size jars are you using? ..and what's in them, BRF tek?
My best tip would be to read as much as possible on each of the development stages so that you can better learn how to take care of them when they hit the chamber and correct any mishaps that might happen during colonization. ..also stay sterile and take your time!

I'm unsure, I assume it means that the cake will be colonized by different mycelium which can hurt your fruits as they aren't all working together to provide nutrients for the unit as a whole.
However, I've used some pretty dark syringes and haven't noticed a difference between them and my clear ones.

You should relax and not think about it too much. It's pretty simple so don't stress about every little thing. After awhile you'll learn what works best for you. Just be patient and observant, gl and have fun!
