I want to thank D33p for giving me some good advice.

If you guys remember I had been struggling with a left arm deficiency during my weight training. D33p had told me that I needed to really clinch my abdomen. To say the least, it worked.

My last couple weeks of working out have been magical. My left side has taking a MAJOR pounding. I am currently so sore that I can barely move without feeling that soreness. And that is AWESOME!

I did two things. I started clinching my abdomen whenever I do lifts. Second I backed down to an extremely honest weight. If I was uneven just the slightest bit I would back down.

I cant wait for a year to pass and see what can of results I get from this.

anyhoo, it's an interesting idea, and possibly explains how I sometimes have to roll slightly to the left to get a tough bench to lock out.
maybe it doesn't, but it's food for thought.

haha. I like that cat.

Its crazy. I really had to drop the amount of weight I was doing to get eveness and quality. my reps for 12 were very low weight. I dont mind that though. If I ever want to properly get big then its the only way.

Learn how to flex your whole body simultaneously while lifting..

Muscles work together, not by themselves

Thats essentially what I am doing. But by clinching my abs it really brought everything together. Especially considering that the abdomen and back are major stablizers for maintaining posture and form.

Its a great feeling when you feel your body working as a whole. I can really feel this when I do deadlifts, bent over rows, planks, and more! There is nothing better than core.
