i woke up 30 minutes before my alarm went off this morning

went and got some coffee, took a nice long shower, now im just chillin until i have to go to class in 20 minutes.

waking up is so much better when i have time to relax and wake up slowly as opposed to jumping out of bed and rushing to be on time.

this is the best way to greet the day. i always try to give myself a good hour to two hours of "wake up time" before going about any daily responsibilities. helps that i'm a morning person.

I completely agree! I always leave myself a couple hours before any obligations to relax, have my coffee and wake up.

Agreed, I get up a couple hours early for coffee and weed before work.

No work today, but I'm up early with coffee and weed.

u didnt but it is just how it goes. dw i am the same... IT ALWAYS starts off ok.

then u miss one reading. then u get an assignment. then u miss more. go to a party. have some kind of personal crisis. are 5 readings behind. then mid semester break when u say u will catchup readings but end up going out mostly and just scraping through your last assignment.

then it all comes down to how well u can fool them for last exams, and u dont even bother going to lectures or doing the reading coz you are so far behind it hurts your brain to think about it.

then you get a B-.

rinse and repeat. :yesnod:

As far as my assignments are concerned I think they're worth a hefty 1st class. I've missed only 2 lectures but simply because the lecturer was terribly boring (probably the worst one). Other than that my lecture attendance is extremely consistent apart from the fact that Im always late a couple of mins (I live 5mins away from the lecture theatre)

Normally I'd go home roll a joint and procrastinate as a motherfucker. I think weed is a big factor :justdontknow:

I haven't smoked for a while now and my comprehension potential is reaching optimum levels. I stayed up till 3AM last night revising biochemistry. Taking weed breaks definitely helps with the academia thangs.
