Definitely not active from what I can see.  They are too dry also and that makes it very difficult if not impossible to ID from pictures alone.

It might help if you filled out a proper ID Request as well instead of just a few pictures.

its not hard to do a spore print on a fresh specimen . also psilocybin shrooms generally have white stems { yours look red } . some of them look active to me but the pic isnt great .

Honestly none of them look active.  They only thing that they could even possibly be as far as actives go would be Panaeolus cinctulus. That's impossible to say without more info on habitat, what they were growing off of, spore print color, ect...  Since he has no spore print color, nor pictures of fresh specimens, no one should tell this person that they look active at all, because they don't and some people have selective reading and will ignore the ten people saying that they aren't active and listen to the one person that says that they "might/could" be active.

These mushrooms are too dry to ID and the complete lack of any other information besides the pictures puts the nail in the coffin as far as I can see.

OP, your mushrooms are not active.  Do not eat them.

Go back to where these where found and get some clear photos of them in their natural habitat and then take photos of the caps, gills, stems, and a good spore print.  Do all that and come back and post a PROPER ID Request and fill in all the info that is asked.

Then and only then will we be able to tell you yea or nay.

Good luck, happy hunting, and welcome to the shroomery!

its a tough call to say none of them are active from such a rank photo .  but yes , eating any of them isnt a good idea .

No, it's not a tough call at all.
So you say this foto is so rank that it's basically impossible to say that they don't look active, but you figure it's good enough to postulate that some of them look active or what?
I'd appreciate it if you could cut that out, because all some people want to hear here is "it looks active". Do you want to be responsible for some person eating random mushrooms because you told them they were active even though you don't have a clue?
They are not active and they don't look anything as if they might be.
