How long was it in the fridge?
Does it smell, near the filter?
You can certainly try.
Good luck,
JD

I took a look at mycofactorys mycobags and from what it looks like they are just plain presterilized wbs. I wouldn't try and grow mushrooms on them, but once one is colonized I would spawn to hpoo or coir. Grain by it's self doesn't have enough nutrients to support many mushrooms.
Either way if I had it I would at least try and see if it will colonize.

thank you for takin the time to take a look at them i appeciate it... and i will try i just ordered more sprores..
this will be my second try ..im still newb at this. but the bag actually worked to fruit them. the only issue i had was humidity...it held well during colonization. but when fruiting came alot of info i read said to cut the bag to aloow more air..but i didnt account for the ruined lil environment it had when i opened the bag..i have pictures of the mushrooms i had before the substrate turned..i had what people said was bruising on the pins..but the discoloring got worse. when i sprayed water..i think i sprayed the substrate..n since i sprayed it went downhill..so i trashed it and im trying again...ill post the pictures of my last bag.

heres the pictures i was puttin on here before askin advice and what people had to say on how it looked and if it was doing ok.. and ect.. this is the one that got trashed..

this is after i had sliced the bag and mushrooms were already growing and i noticed "bruising" on the pins...

and one this one i dont know if u can see how the top part of the substrate is "greyish" but that happend when i sprayed and the discoloring hapened instantly but like said ...VERY low humidity on this bag... n caps started drying and cracking while still growing..
