Hello again, I once was a member about a year ago as mountainman,in case any of the members can remember me. At any rate I have moved to the desert, which I personally don't feel matters when I am controlling the environment I'm growing in.I compleated several good harvests using the PF Tech. Now I want to take the next step. Just like last time I did my reading to get a base-line of knowledge how to start WBC in an oven bag. Then just cut the bag away after colonization, case it with worm castings, and put it in the fruiting closet. I know my intentions seem vague. But, I think you get the general direction I'm going in. My questions are, following the oven-bag pasteurization method, I need some clarity on the way I should prepare the gas exchange vent, so the vent works properly during and after pressure cooking.Second, what is the best sub straight recommended. And who sells the best Pan Cyan spore syringe? Thanks again. I hope my next post has pics,of my project in progress..

Use filter patch bags. They're available from most sponsors on here. They're tougher than oven bags, cheaper than oven bags, don't tear like oven bags, and have the filter already attached. RR
