I guess, i'm a lil high, but without a fan they might burn right?
and yeah, potency can vary greatly between "strains" as well as flushes of the same "strain"

Nah...they r not gonna burn...its 100F! Its all cool!
OP said oven was set at 100F. Setting the oven (especially a toaster oven) to 100F doesn't guarantee 100F in the oven.
I've dried several different foods in both a toaster oven and a gas oven. It's much more difficult to control my toaster oven and I've often had problems with burning because of the great temperature variations within the oven. Items closest to the elements sometimes get too hot.
You could try sliding the rack partially out of the oven to get them farther away from the heating elements. Really all you want is a little warm air circulating around to gently dry them.
If you use an oven then you really should have an oven thermometer to check the temp because it's well known that many ovens have inaccurate thermostats. Plus ovens are designed to cook, not dry, foods and create an environment much hotter than necessary for drying.
I've had best results by setting my gas oven below the "warm" setting and monitoring the thermometer to accurately keep the temperature at about 100F while propping the door open with a wine cork which also serves to push the light switch so the light turns off. No fan, but with the gas flame generating heat, there is plenty of air flow through the oven, but it heats up the house slightly. Cracker dry, sloooowly. You gotta go slow otherwise the outside can dry out too fast, trapping moisture deep inside. Too much wind or too much heat can cause that.

bs. you want them dry as fast as possible.
