If they are proportionally normal, but just small, then your substrate has probably just run low on water. A dunk after the flush, if it's a cake, or other hyrdation method will correct this for more normal sized shrooms on the second flush.
If the caps are tiny compared to the stem, then you need greater FAE.

First, that is a really nice pinset so I would not be worried about the size, as you will have a greater quantity. Secondly, yes, I would harvest the specimens that are ready and then hydrate the substrate. Make sure you remove any black headed aborts but try to keep the legitimate pins intact.

Sometimes if the sub was real wet when u spawned it you'll see small fruits.
Also as said above, if they were too dry during the fruiting phase.
But sometimes it happens for no apparent reason whatsoever.
What was the spawn ratio out of curiosity?

You can pick them now, then pick the rest in a few days. After that, hydrate, and hope for larger specimens next flush.

sorry i am brand new to this and this is my first grow. i have three monotubs two were taken out on the same day and one a few days later. one of the two taken out on the same day is flushing nice but the other is draggin a lil behind. i have very small fruits in the one thats flushing nice but a ton of them. the other one has some about ready to pick and some still pinning. and the third has had good rh the whole time and FAE and has a bunch of hyphal knots. i just bought a hygrometer and i realised my rh wasn't up enough. it is now and it seems to be doing better but im afraid i lost to much water. is there a safe alternative to dunking? i read about injecting the substrate? how should i do this any help would be very much appreciated.

9 times out of ten a newly purchased hygrometer will read lower than the actual RH because they aren't designed to operate in the upper limits.
Did u calibrate? Analog or digital?

its digital. im not sure how i calibrate it. it one that tells the rh and the temp and the highest temp and rh of the day its been in the 90's non stop. how low do they usually read. a bunch af veils have poppes on the tub that took off. im am about to test them out they are TC. if u can could u tell me a reliable sponsor i used lil shop of spores and 2 strains didn't take and got what i think was trich from what i researced here. but i think it might have been my fault. (on cambodians water got into the jars i think during pcing. thanks for the response by the way

Not saying this is happening to you as i believe you have a unique situation. But according to my experimentation the bigger the pinset and abundance of fruits = lesser size. Which is why most people see foot long giant b+'s at the third and fourth flush when fewer fruits are forming. Ill be paying attention to this thread as i am curious now that you say they have gotten smaller since rehydration.
