That reminds me of slug/snail or earwig damage but it doesn't look quite right. It also looks like the damage has stopped happening for now, based on the untouched tip growth.

Any of your other Trichs suffering from the same thing?

Doesn't seem to be affecting the growth of it so I would just continue to keep an eye on it. I would also do a clean up of the area to ensure no populations of snails and earwigs are hiding under rocks, bricks, other pots, whatever you have lying around. As we come into Winter these Two garden inhabitants will cause some trouble ie: Damage. It's best to get on top of them before they get out of hand.

Best for snails is to get out there and seek them out, then squash them and feed to the birds. Earwigs you need to find where they're hiding during the day and kill them. You need to do this about once or twice a week to limit damage. They usually chew out the tips.

You could also employ snail pellets, just be careful with them if you have small children or stupid animals around.
