Are you talking about Psilocybin mushrooms, or just mushrooms in general? Yeah, sure you can out now and probably stumble across some boletes or other edibles. Im guessing you are talking about the halluncinogenic's, and I would say (although I do not know for sure because I dont live there) that you wont be able to find anything until fall.
I enjoy just walking through the forest or other places around town for good areas for the coming fall... Write some notes on some good canidates for areas to hunt for the fall !
Blue ringers grow all year long when there is no frost or freeze in various locations in the PNW. Like Seattle. I know wpeople years ago fromthe Fane who picked Blue Ringers in Stanly Park. But those days are past.
