Need very fast preliminary ID for these...explained inside

I was leisurely walking down the road in a heavy foot-traffic area when I found these. I need to know if they are worth swiping, because chances are someone else will come along and find them today if they're anything special.
I'm sorry I couldnt get better photos or a specimen/description but I did not want to draw ANY attention to the site and there were tons of people around.
Possible gyms?

I'll see if I can creep out there and snip a little, but I'm concerned another hunter will see. I wasn't even looking for any fungus today, for god's sake I was just walking to meet a friend, and these LEAPED out at me from behind a bunch of bushes

I've picked in very public places and never had another psychoactive hunter jump my finds. I have had a few people ask what I was doing, but as long as you have a reasonable answer if someone asks and you don't look or act like OMG I'm picking drugs, no one will bother you.
