but there are no nudes in there just instructions and a de facto rule set on how to be a perve but be less of an asshole. Nudes of kids is a crime but to talk about it or ban or jail a book about it is not right. Free speech needs to cover everything. How about "How to commit acts of terrorism against your nation." Kada do you think someone should get locked up for that? I understand the gut reaction of "This guy is a time bomb waiting to go off and molest everything in his vicinity" but how is this not protected?

Although the book is kinda fucked up, according to the news article it gives the reader info to treat the kids better. I know better is still pretty messed up in a molestation situation, but if it was going to happen anyway...
This is going to set a precedent that will make it so the government gets to decide what books we can have.

His actual charge is "distribution of obscene materials depicting minors engaged in activities harmful to minors."
So he got 2 year probation for having pictures of abused children...? This doesn't add up.

I'm not quite sure how uncle fester does it, but legally you can't print things about certain topics. For example, can't write a book (legally) about hwo to make meth. If they want to prosecute, they can. It's fucked up, majorly.

The article doesn't mention what he was charged under, but notes that if he were to publish the book in the future, he could be sentenced to five years.
Now, I do not agree at all with the subject matter of this book, but if you read the article, it seems clear to me that the law enforcement involved seems to put emphasis on the fact that they want to stop people from publishing material that they deem offensive.
Where is our constitution now? Does it even matter?

Well harming kids is where I stop caring about someones rights. I think he should be shot in the head on main street for writing shit like that. Kids are a touchy subject with me. I have a few of them and I just imagine some twisted fuck doing something after reading that shit, or the sicko actually doing it himself and all reason goes out the window. Fuck his rights.

Fun fact, I had a friend of mine who lived in an apartment complex, he found out that he could hear the neighbors upstairs molesting their kids.
Called the cops multiple times over three years, they were still at it when his truck got stolen and he lost his job.
Cops would show up, make some bustle, and leave. Kids would start crying every football game when they had friends over for their parties.
