2nd ones look pure mono to me ... honestly like anon said 4 transfers should yield a pure culture but that top one looks like it could go another , could have to do with the settling of the agar in that area making it appear to sector slightly also or perhaps inconsistent environs on that side of the dish for whatever reason ...

Any chance you can edid that pic, and mark what you are seeing? Im still trying to understand this whole sectoring business.

Monocultures are found with complete symmetry of the mycelium, you don't see any outstanding rhizomorphic formations, nor do you see fuzzy growth cus that is obviously not going to be a fruiting sector. I isolate sections that appear rhizomorphic but are consistent in appearance like in the 12:30-1:00 areas more specifically in picture 2. That looks ideal for an isolation or even an inoculation.
