Help me fill my BEER fridge. *EDIT* pics 3

In a few days I will have reached my annual goal of remaining sober for 100 days straight.
To mark this spectacular occasion, I will be filling a large mini-fridge full of beer.
I'm getting maybe 12-15 different six packs of GOOD beer to have stocked up, I have about $200 I'm willing to spend on this.
This is where you come in
Name a good beer.... whatever 12-15 different beers are posted the most, I will fill my fridge with that beer, and take a picture of it and post it when I fill it.
Cheers!

I'll second Pabst Blue Ribbon. It's really the best macro brew you can buy and actually has some flavor.
Seriously though: Bear Republic Red Rocket Ale. Yum.

Also, Guinness Foreign Extra Stout. Probably my favorite beer.

Blue Moon is meh, not to mention manufactured by Coors (though that's not the reason I dislike it). For instance Hoegaarden is better Id say, Allagash also makes a similar beer thats better

anything from allagash in maine, anything from cigar city in tampa. if you like belgian ales i would suggest trying some of the st bernardus, specifically the prior 8, abt 12, and tripel. also the rochefort 6, 8, and 10s are perfect depending on your level of preferred booziness. if you like a good ipa theres nothing better than dog fish head 60 and 90 min. the only ipa i like better than dfh is jai alai ipa from cigar city in tampa, bomb esp w mexican food. america is setting off the craft beer movement and if youre a fan of after dinner beers, sweet, coffee aroma, check out any of the highly rated american stouts or imperial stouts, theyre all great
if you have any questions between the styles and what specifically to look for in quality and taste, feel free

Haha, sorry guys, I clearly asked for "GOOD" beers... these don't qualify as good beer to me... though I do drink bud sometimes at cookouts and shit... the idea of filling my fridge up and breaking the 100 day streak of sobriety, however, is to get craft beers.

Hey all,
I tried to find the beers that were posted in quantity, but I couldn't really find a lot of it, I did manage to find a couple of 'em... I will keep looking at different places, probably find some downtown ...
Here are two pics, I don't know how to resize them on here, so bare with me...
Anyway, here's what I got to start with. 50 fine brewskies, 14 different varieties.

Makes me feel warm and fuzzy just looking at this picture.

Yeah, I'm buying another fridge that's designed just for beer bottles and is a little more compact that will sit on top of this fridge... I seriously want at least 25-30 different varieties of beer on hand at all time with at least 100 beers stocked.
Thinking about getting a little kegorator too with some stout or pale ale, ya know, get some beer on tap flowing.
I'm also in the process of blue-printing an awesome ass liquor cabinet/wet bar which will be stocked with fine spirits.
I can't really think of anything else to spend my money on except for the lavishes of sin.
And if I knew you guys in person and you lived close by, I would have you over for some beer... I've been known to be a fool when it comes to generosity of beer sharing.... just like having a good time with cool peeps.

thanks man,
I'll be 30 in a couple of years, I don't really worry about getting favors returned to me, life is short and you gotta keep the good beer goin' 'round.
The first time I have a get together at my house, for cards or a party/after party, that beer stash will be compromised greatly.
No one will ever ask me for anything, the people I hang around know I don't take kindly to people asking me for beer or cigarettes etc., but I'm the kind of guy if I invite you into my home & you show up with some piss beer and you're low on smokes cause buying groceries was more important than buying 9$ 6 packs, man, I'll offer you some fine brewage and toss a pack of cigarettes on the table and say "in case you run out man"... and if the crowd is right, I'll bring down a bag of shrooms and ask ya if "you wanna put a pretty glaze on the night?"
I was piss poor most of my life. "poverty in the pocket is richness in experience". So now that I have a little money these days, I try to keep the good times happening while we still can.
Have a good time now, 'cause one day you'll be gone forever.

you got noble pils? who set that trap for you? the boddingtons is pretty good for no carbonation, reminds me of cream soda. im curious to see how that abbey ipa you got is, ive never had it personally. its a shame you went with such readily available beers, but to each their own. that sierra nevada is a good choice though. its easier to recommend beers based on your location but i can understand anyones hesitation especially on a site like this. the problem lies in a lot of distributors and breweries are quite picky about which states they will and will not distribute to. theres a couple of beer trading websites on the internet that might pique your interest. allows you to get a hold of some of the best beer in the world, from people around you, and at a solid price.

I'm gonna go downtown to this place I know that carries obscure and hard to find beers... didn't get around to doing that this past weekend because I had a lot of things to do.
Some of the best beer I've had, was actually in restaurants that have microbreweries on site and don't distribute it, so you can only get it while you're there, or buy a growler and take a little home with you, you can't buy it anywhere else.
I haven't tried to noble pils yet, but it was a Sam Adams I haven't seen before so I thought I'd give it a try. I haven't tried that new blue moon either, actually bought that 6 pack and the sunset wheat for my girlfriend because she doesn't like real "hoppy" beers or darker beers/stouts.
I'm gonna try to find pretty much every thing that was listed on this thread (minus the shlitz and pbr people posted, haha)...
If anyone else has any more craft beer suggestions, send 'em my way, because I'm all about trying new beers.
Cheers

I can't drink PBR anymore. I used to go to this bar that sold 50cent drafts of PBR, and like 4$ pitchers, which equaled to about 30cents a draft... I would buy it buy the pitcher, bartender asked me how many glasses I needed, I took a sip out of the pitcher and said "glasses?"
After a night of straight PBR drinking, I would always wake up with the most debilitating hangovers ever, and then I would always end up back there the next weekend (or the next night) and do it to myself all over again.
After a while of doing that, I just can't take it anymore.

i had a north coast stock ale from '09 and 10 and they both were equally good. great ale with a slight chocolatelyness? to it. its close to 12%, so i only drank six or so ounces, but great stuff. usually ive seen it in the $35 750ml bottles, but i found a 12oz bottle and bought it earlier.
oh and for sure about the growler, any micro place you can go to usually has great stuff on tap. usually theyll take one of their favorite beers and cask it in a oak, cherry, brandy, etc, barrels and age it for a little while so the beer can absorb the flavors.

I know you've gone and bought all your beer but you should really go and purchase one of these bad boys. Just don't drink it after you've been drinking already. Let this one speak for itself.

You won't regret this beer if you do it right. Let it sit in the fridge for a day and pop it open and pour a glass.. don't drink it from the bottle. Again, I can't stress enough to not have any other beer before it.. or after if you choose. This is truly a one of a kind.

Hehe, Delerium Tremens... I like the name, considering my former battles with hard drinking and withdrawals.
I Will try it if I can find it, and drink it 'the proper way'. Believe me, methodology is important to me.
The beer I bought was just a way to start the fridge out, it will never be complete!
I'm buying another fridge to sit on top of that fridge that is specifically designed to hold beer bottles and nothing else.
I have about $600 right now that I'm willing to spend on getting my place stocked up with liquors and beers...
A portion of that money is going to supplies and materials necessary to build my own liquor cabinet and stock it with fine spirits. I'm not big on liquor, so it's mostly for show or to offer it to guests when they are invited over, but the occasional snifter of Cognac on a cold rainy day or a stiff drink after a rough day of work and chores is nice.

The Muskoka Summer Weiss I posted is a seasonal wheat beer from a small brewery in Ontario. It was actually mind-blowingly good, I'm going to pick up some more for after exams.

I had about 2 beers, the regular Hefeweizen and then the Apricot ale..I fell asleep after finishing the Outburst

Definitely...I put Four Loko on the level with Cobra.
If you have a Four Loko, you are either a girl or some kid who can't acquire a taste for beer.

It's just like the story of the grasshopper and the octopus. All year long, the grasshopper kept burying acorns for winter, while the octopus mooched off his girlfriend and watched TV. But then the winter came, and the grasshopper died, and the octopus ate all his acorns. Also he got a race car. Is any of this getting through to you?

That granny smith hard cider is so tasy. Very low alcohol percent, so it's junk for trying to catch a buzz but it tastes yummy.

the pizza shop down the street still has the loko's. idk my brother in law had a good point about the loko, 12% alc by vol. aint most beers only 7% or 8%. plus the buzz from them is different to he says. like a speedy drunk. he chugs 4 of them and is like and sometime he blacks out like some 1 his ass. edit: o they will only sell cases of them too no singles. i was gonna try the watermelon but na i wont buy a case to try that.
