Kombucha additives/bottling procedures ideas? new brewer deluge of whatsit

Maybe a similar thread already exists, but i thought I'd post and see what anyone has to suggest for good additives to Kombucha that I've recently started brewing. I am getting the hang of bottling time and caps/corks etc for generating an enjoyable amount of carbonation (the main reason I'm attempting it frankly...just like the fizzy feeling). I've noticed that it takes several bottling periods (cause I'm a novice/noob) plus dilution of some batches with purified water and adding sugar (even salt). It seems like carbonated drinks were basically made to scour powder off of the bottom of glasses. Try Matcha and a wee spill of Coke..fizzes like mad..and, though I don't have taxonomical (is that a word?) equipment to see like a microscope, I think that it seems to break the matcha up to it's smallest particle suspension possible..maybe even colloidal..
Anyway kind of meandering.. but have really enjoyed ginger with normal kombucha and addition of brown raw cane sugar upon bottling. Like I said, I also (which I think may be fairly innovative) have added salt which does a couple of things. It cuts the strength of the drink ( acidic quality from the various acids produced, or perhaps some of the alkalinity, if there is much of that..it is kind of a complex flavor, though predominantly vinegary) which makes it more potable for me at least, and like most other, if not all foods, might enhance the flavor of anything. With the ginger flavor it was surprisingly good, and quite like the matcha in the coke and the sugar, the kombucha breaks it up with alot of nice fizzing action. well not alot but enough to make it visually and sonically intriguing. I'm relatively easily entertained.
Also tried mango and a small amount of very sweet banana in a purely green tea batch. It was made ghetto style from a bottle of sobe ginseng green tea and Katalyst brand kombucha that had a scoby volunteering or whatever in the bottom of it. Got to say Kombucha quite a neat drink and gives other-worldly, vaguely synesthetic sensations..visual and taste sensations merge slightly ..visions of bubbles mixed with taste of the dissolving raw sugar..quite nice to have the confusion(?) slash mix of the inner etheric mind phenomena and the actual drink. I guess this is why I'm at the shroomery..if kombucha does this for me, imagine what *accidentally* ingesting a small subbalteatus might do.. anyway..
Sorry this is way off topic and kind e-vomity..but maybe that is what some of these forums are for. I really do want some ideas for adding to Kombucha...
I've thought/heard of trying goji berries, and citrus rind + juice. Also trying own version of the green Kombucha with alfalfa or something algae in it.

Just tried cinnamon (powder) with a lot of honey and sugar added and is pretty good. ALso added a bit of orange zest and juice.. Don't know if many people at the Shroomery make Kombucha or have tried it..but honey orange cinnamon is actually a good combo(may be because of the large amount of sweet)

if that works, i don't see why a honey, orange and ginger kombucha wouldn't work.
