Ummm I don't know... computer is good if you can use it properly, lavalamps are cool in the right setting, nature is always an amazing trip toy as well, anything with a weird texture/shape, or even something like a cat.

As for foods...I'm usually too fucked to want to even eat anything, but if I get to a point that I do I don't know for some reason I like BBQ stuff but that's just me.

MUSIC! I just can't trip without it. Experiment with various kinds, stuff you've never heard before can be incredible. When you listen to it after your trip you will be amazed that it was the same music.

If you can get over the concept of 'being a guy and listening to enya' then I say go for it! Very spiritual and Enchanting music, esp. while your trippin.

Always seems to bring up a positive vibe in me. =)

What means of music are you guys generally speaking of? A home entertainment center at a home? Or car audio? Headphones?

Definitely have music.  Some refreshsments like juice and/or fresh fruit (peaches, ripe pears, pineapple, oranges, etc).  Something sour, something sweet.  Flashlight if it's nightime.  A backpack with some or all of the above, headphones if alone, add in a joint and set off on an adventure .  Beaches, forests, deserts, mountains - it's all good

I agree DMC iLLz!
I listen to alot of stuff by Enya whilst under the influence of Salvia Divinorum. My personal favourite is 'fairytale', it induces EXCELLENT, VIVID closed eye visuals and although it doesn't last that long (about 3 mins). Whilst on Salvia it seems to continue even when it's not even still playing. Excellent music.

My friend (and I actually mean my friend. I have not tripped yet) suggests a paper airplane. He says throwing somethiong and watching it fly away is one of the greatest things.

i found venetian snares creates the most insane altered reality with his tracks esp the one that are more complex and follow no natural rythim, ive seen no greater talent with math and complex percussion anywhere

but chillwise, amethystium

vsnares makes things insane so bad if you dont like a rush on your trip

Those sunglasses that looks like your looking through a prism are sweet. Everythings all colorful and distorted and flows freely. Colors warp easliy with other colors.

A good movie esp. with weird cooincidences or that repeats. Something like time machine has cool effects and time travel trippin is weird. Kind hard to follow and some just laugh at its complexity. A good movie to watch trippin, return of the jedi! ewoks in the jungle, how trippy! Pulp fiction, too if you can handle it. Same for fear and loathing. First time i ever saw fear and loathing- i was on 4 yellow gelcaps, i was freaked out beyond belief.

Painting. You don't have to be experienced. Just use plenty of paint.

Muusically Mars Volta and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez are two of my favourites. Both pretty intense so you've been warned.

A little Sydney band by the name of Richard In Your Mind have an album called My Volcano. That is much happier.

Jamming. Get some hand drums, shakers etc.

Spend some time doing nothing and you may begin to experience profound contentment.

I know it may seem a little gay (me and my mate discovered this album in his mums CD collection lol) but I plan to listen to:
Enigma - MCMXC AD
I used to love listening to that album when we were on e's, lol, hopefully it will have a similar effect on my first shroom trip

Will also check out some other tracks you guys have recommended

Cheers
