Do you take your needle off or leave it on the syringe? And always around the needle? Do you put the needle cap over it or something? But forsure will do, and yeah I wipe the top usually too.

When I store a half used syringe I take the needle off and use the screw cap, then a fresh needle when I use that syringe again. When I'm innoculating my needle is contantly wrapped in a alcohol swab right from the point I withdraw it from the jar

okay yeah i see what you mean now, i've seen this done with an alcohol soaked peice of sponge. Sounds good, i'm thinking about making a syringe of peurto rican soon with that syringe, just boil the needle/syringe body and whatnot and make a new syringe. What if i injected the rest of said spore solution into an apple and fed it to my neighbors horse.. any possibility they would survive? Maybe just squirt it around some hpoo outdoors

Lol no the apple trick wont work but why not shoot the rest into some horse manure outside somewhere, its better than just shooting it down the sink.
As for your syringe boil a pot of water and once it reaches a full boil drop your syringe in and boil fo ten minutes.in another pot same thing boil the water for ten minutes and then suck up the boiling water and leave it in the syringe for 2 or three minutes,do this four times.Do not shoot the water from the syringe back into the boiling water alwats suck up new from the pot

You can just poke a hole and use micropore tape,band-aid.How were you planning on making the spore syringe anyway?

Boil syringe/ needle, then suck in some boiling water from another pot and squirt that in the sink, repeat 6 times and at the sixth keep the water in it and put the needle cap on. Then use a boil sterilized baby jar to carefully scrap some spores off the print into with a sterilized object. I will then put the cap on (do this as quick as possible) and inject the 10cc's of water from the syringe once it cools, shake gooood, suck it back up in the syringe and cap off the needle. Sound good?

Yup that will work just make sure its clean, you want as little air movement as possible. Its not ideal of course but I understand your working with a limited budget and freedom, just work slow and steady and plan it all out in your head first so your not making unessasary steps
