Greenhouse ideas and questions

I've just got my first oyster pins on a month old straw block. Not very big but still great as I had given up on it even fruiting. I left it outside on my deck and it's definitely been neglected. I'm building a 10x20x10 greenhouse at the moment and was wondering if anyone here grows in a large outdoor greenhouse.
My goal is to, by the end of summer, have a few blocks in the greenhouse. There will be plenty of veggies growing (I hope), mostly solenacea, but I've not yet figured my humidity system. I live in southern Idaho so summers here range from 55-65 for lows and anywhere from 85-115 for daytime highs with the humidity being highest in the morning at like 50%. It's a freaking oven here basically. I figure May-September would be warmer weather species. The mushroom area would be the south side of the greenhouse as there are juniper trees creating some shade on that side. I will have solar panels to run a heater in the winter months and hopefully a humidifying fan in the summer. I am also planning on sectioning off the mushroom area with screen to create more diffused sunlight and try to keep the bugs out.
All I'm waiting on is the fundage to get the uv poly to wrap the frame with, also researching small business grants so if I get good at this I can get gov't money (not like I'll get my social security by the time I'm eligible) that way I can get a larger PC and other supplies. My goal will be to produce anywhere from 20-50# a week to sell at the farmer's markets and local Asian markets. That is a long term goal, short term is to successfully grow a large cluster!
I used the search engine and the greenhouses posted are all smaller.
Any advice or ideas would be hugely appreciated. I'd really like to keep this greenhouse as green as possible. Thanks shrromerites!

In my experience using normal greenhouses to try to grow mushrooms doesn't work very well. It's too hot and the air is too still. I tried it and everything got moldy in short order. The needs of mushroom blocks just aren't really the same as tomatoes and peppers. I would recommend having a separate smaller grow house for your mushrooms with shade cloth maybe instead of greenhouse plastic. Then you can tailor each grow area so the residents are happy. I think if you try grow both mushroom blocks and solenacea in the same environment you're gonna have a hard time keeping both happy.
I could be wrong though. I am currently working on building an outdoor mushroom area but I'll just be making wood shelves and covering them with shade cloth and having some micro sprinklers on a timer.

That's a good point. I can section off the southern half or probably run a few fans throughout on timers and run a shade cloth off the back two joists (one would have to be installed) to assist. This thing is massive and I'd really like to diversify what's growing in it. I've been looking into ventilation systems as well. I believe I can get the airflow needed even if it's just the back 6'. The cooling I'm not gonna fret about too much as it will come with airflow and hopefully some water spray. The hotter months I'd change my grows to things like pink and golden oysters and maybe some agaricus species.
I have been thinking even doing shiitake the traditional way and knocking up a bunch of oak sections and stacking them in the corner for when the time is right. It'd be cool to make a shelving system for the shiitake blocks out of the logs so the myc can grow out or let a couple drop spores.
