ahh....I'm all worried about the little guy now and the huge journey he will have to go through now to arrive at your place....facing feats such as temperature change, enclosed boxes, and evil Fed Ex men
Quite a bit to put such a little creature through even if he IS on sale for $19.99......wasn't his choice... I hope he makes it!

im pretty sure ive heard of reptilcity before, plus they look legit i dunno why they would try to scam someone like that
i am put a bit off by these "restocking" statements tho as if these animals are toaster ovens or something, and even more strange is that they would even accept a return in the first place, i wonder how many animals die being in a box for 2 weeks

I am also interested to see if your chameleon arrives alive and well. I used to own snakes and lizards all the time as a kid and haven't had any for over 5 years and I feel something like this would be pretty neat seeing how its so tiny and a freakin chameleon! I live in wisconsin though and it may be too cold at this time of year to bother risking it. I may call a couple pet stores to see if they carry any but from my experience chameleons are always expensive as fuck. 20$ is a bargain! It is pretty unethical to ship a reptile though...

my thoughts exactly
popcorn chameleons, ftw!

Gumby said: They're very tough to ship, and you have to ship them when the weather is right. Chameleons are some of the most sensitive lizards out there. If you want stick with a Veiled, Jackon's, or Panther Chameleon to start with. Once you can keep them alive, maybe give Pygmies a try.
yeah, my friend has a Jackson's chameleon named Sgt. Meowenstein and it seems like quite the little asshole to care for. Only drinking dripping water and such.
on the plus side, it's fun to make fun of the way it sways while walking, pretending to be a leaf
we're all like, "you think you're fooling us, but we know you're not really a leaf, you retard", and other such things it doesn't understand

I want a pygmy sloth!

But what I'll probably get is a horned lizard. They run around wild about three hours north of here, and though they are notoriously hard to keep alive, due to specificity of diet, I'm pretty well versed in it. (not my first rodeo/horny toad )

What Id REALLy love is an australian thorny devil! so fucking cool.

they are chameleon like as well
