EAT LOTS OF VEGETABLES FOR A WEEK AND USE YOUR OWN POOP IT WORKS BETTER THAN COWPIES YOU CAN PUT SOME SEEDS IN IT AND MUSHROOMS WILL GROW!!

lol that has to be the funniest thing i have ever heard of. Even if you eat veggies for a week, you will still have bad things in your poo. For instance, if you go to a doctor that sucks out your poo, they will remove 2 month old poo that is still in your body. lol thats just a funny idea though. use cow turds, i would imagine you could case it in a jar just as long as you use the same portions of verm to allow air flow and myc growth. Try to make your poo a powder like the brf though. Lets get a second opinion.
anybody see a problem with that.

I used pint jars with a little whole white rice with some horse poo and some vermiculite to take up the slack. This was PC'd for an hour and knocked up with some nice starting material. After full colonization, some horse poo was spawned . I think a casing layer is the way to go though.

if your talking about cow shit, and verm: of course you can use that, make sure you pc the mix... if your talking about human shit and verm: lots of verm will have to be added.. too much verm, so ull need to add some grain id say grainverm 1:2:3 parts in a pint would work, although im not positive about the exact or trace chems in human shit(which may disrupt myc. growth) id just be aware of everything you eat. and if was going to use my own shit as a substrate i would keep to a diet of grain, potatoes, tryptamine, and mushrooms!

He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest--a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty." -Al Einstein

I HAVE SOME JARS THAT ARE MADE UP OF 2C VERM 1C BROWN RICE FLOWER 1C OF HORSE POO THEN ADDED WATER TILL SUBSTRATE WAS TO FIELD CAPACITY
OUT OF THE SAME PRINT I DID BRF AND AS LONG AS YOU PC WELL AND BE CAREFUL AND CLEAN YOU WILL SEE A MAJOR BOOST IN COLONIZATION THE HP JARS ARE 3/4 COLONIZED IN LESS THAN A WEEK BUT THE BRF IS ONLY 1/4 AND SOME NOT AT ALL YET AS LONG AS THE HP CONTINUES TO PREFORM THIS WAY WITH NO CONTAMS I WILL BE USING THIS METHOD FROM HERE ON OUT HOPE THIS HELPS
