1)steralize rye seed jars with pressure canner 2)inoculate with amazonian, Ecuadorian, or Puerto Rican 3) transfer to plastic containers in dark plastic box when ready for incubation 4) increase humidity (by adding water source which would humidify container) and light exposure (sunlight or a strong lamp) when ready for fruiting 5)harvest when shroud breaks Any Suggestions?
Questions- any other strain suggestions (cubensis) how do i know when to stop incubation other comments welcome

3) you don't need dark necessarily 4) you really need to flesh this part out a bit
-------------------- You make it all possible. Doesn't it feel good?

There's a lot of holes in between your steps. Use Rye berries, not rye seed. How are you fruiting them? Casings? Tubs?

i am little unclear on the details, but my incubation was going to be minimal (just dark)but after farther research it looks unnecassary and just adds to the grow process. So my plan now is to poor the colonized rye ___ into containers which i would case with something like vermaculite. sound better?

No, not really. How are your lids made for your rye jars?
Vermiculite alone isn't a casing material.
