I am looking to become a spore print // syringe vendor. I have a page designed and all i need now is someone that can guide me along all of the legal issues such as do i need a permit to open an online business, how to go about with taxes, and possible european spore print providers that will sell at wholesale bulk prices.

Every state or country would have local or state places that are there to help people start a business.
You should check the net first with your local state to find any small business associations, etc that can help you get started on what you need to learn before starting a business.

Flesh i'm not sure where you live but if you live in the U.S. you should definitely talk to an attorney, if you live in the U.K. you should still probably talk with legal council -- cover your ass.

I dont understand why everyone thinks that I should seek legal council. I am not doing anything out of the ordinary. Opening an online business. A legit one at that. I dont have to cover my ass because I dont grow shrooms and I get my spores from out of the country where they are legally grown.

Whenever starting a business or becoming self employed it is always wise to seek legal council/attorney no matter what your business involves.

That's probably what PF thought, as well.
You're being impulsive it seems. You realize you will need to file for tax legitimacy or else have to face tax evasion issues. You also may be required to have some sort of permit, in order to LEGALLY sell spores, especially if any are international, will probably need permit to import/export live things.
I don't know how much you've thought about this, but getting prints is the least difficult of starting a business.

i go to a business college -- seek couciling of a lawyer, because then, even if anyone tries to screw with you, you can just tell them to talk to your lawyer (like in the movies

Just because it's legal doesn't mean the feds can't make your life miserable. If they search your place, confiscate your computer and other equipment, and arrest you then let you go a few days later and return all your stuff (damaged) a few months later because you technically didn't break the law, your life will still be miserable and you'll still have an arrest record though no conviction. This happened to a friend of mine once. A lawyer retained ahead of time can save you a lot of grief if this happens to you.
Best of luck!
