You can. Only with LC (or GLC) though. Spores would not be a viable option.

You would need grain spawn to use that bag correctly.
Plus- eBay? Make your own, dude.

I have 2 GLC jars half full with thick myc water, it is wet here right now, I have called every public horse stable with no luck I am about to check craigs list though.
Why wouldn't GLC myc colonize on a poo based compost made for mushroom growing?
I bought 10 pounds of zoo poo compost from here, why couldn't I just put the bag in a couple monos and squirt some thick myc water on them?
Seriously, its not like they grow on sterile rye in the wild, look at this shit I got and tell me why GLC myc wouldn't colonize it?
I got 10 pounds of shit, and almost a whole quart of GLC in two different jars, what can I do with that much GLC?
Specifically formulated for mushroom cultivation, this pre-pasteurized substrate is a propietary compost blend containing the perfect amount of zoo manure—primarily Elephant, Zebra, Rhinoceros, and Hippopotamus dung. This diverse blend of exotic, composted manures is highly nutritous—making it the ideal growing medium for mushroom cultivation. It comes pre-pasteurized and hydrated to the perfect moisture content, making it ready to use right out of the bag. Simply add spawn, mix, and add to your fruiting chamber. Sold in ten pound increments (approximately 7-8 quarts). This product comes heat-sealed in sterile, filter-patch mycobags and can be stored for several months. http://www.headypoo.com/index.html
