my friend has six half pint cakes going with amazonian. he had a few mushrooms get to about 4 inches but then today a couple of the cakes started to get a blueish hue on some parts of them. is this contamination or some sort of bruising? we haven't touched the cakes or the mushrooms. thanks

Its either bruising or the cake is dehydrated and needs water.
If it needs water pull off all the mushrooms and dunk the cake for 12 hours in water.

good luck!

what if a casing has turned blueish(the myc) is it because its dehydrated? can a casing be dunked for 12 hours?
