Indoor Greenhouse Base Questions

Hola!
I'm moving into a new house with a basement( )! This is the first time I'll have toooooons of room to do my mycology and I'm ridiculously stoked and thinking about grow room ideas every sing day (which is incredibly fun). The house is pretty old but the basement is in good shape, with one wall partitioning the basement into one finished room 2/3 the sq footage and another 1/3 that is just concrete. There is a shower, sink, table, and sump pump in that area.
My plan is to buy two of these and alter them so that they are joined together to provide me with more area, a space to control environmentals, and an area to keep incredibly sanitary. All of the seams and where the two will be joined are going to be joined very well and sealed with silicone. I will fabricate a base out of 2" x 4"s and plywood but I'm not sure what material to cover the base with. I was thinking of that plastic sheeting used in bathrooms that is pretty sturdy and smooth (for easy cleaning). The shroud of the greenhouses will be adhered to the base so that there isn't any opening.
There will also be an air inlet that will provide fresh air that passes through a HEPA filter using a 700 CFM centrifugal fan. Humidity will be controlled after careful timing to monitor the humidity so I don't have to spend a ton on automatic controllers. I already have 3 foggers that I used in my apartment to keep smaller greenhouses going and it worked ok, but was hard to keep the humidity adequate since the room temperature fluctuated so much (an issue that won't come into play much since the basement maintains a constant temperature).
I'm not having luck finding anything reasonably priced for the relatively small area I'm covering. Most are premade to slide into brackets or something and I'm going to be sawing away at it to fit the edges. Smooth surface, thick enough to withstand weight and walking (if I need to apply something underneath that isn't too bad since I'm considering installing a drain to run to the sump pump for easy cleaning by spraying it out for cleanings). Thanks for the help shroomerites! <3
It won't be for a month or two but when I do it I'll take a lot of pics and show the final product!

I think you're better off to just use the room air vs any HEP filter intake. Just my opinion.
Dunno about the greenhouse bases. Why do you want the cover to seal to the base?

The basement is really old, and there is really no way in hell I can get it clean. The carpeting on the larger side is probably as old as I am and no amount of cleaning would get every spore from all the shit that's grown down there in 60 years. Plus I enjoy the Martha style growing. For a while I've been doing some edibles and have different things going at different times so a nice sized and inexpensive grow area is what I'm looking for.
A virtually sealed off environment is necessary for any grow that I do because I usually do trays or bags of straw. Sealing it to a waterproof base will make it easy to clean en masse. This house is on a land contract so we plan on officially buying it in a few years (just redid all the floors after pulling up the ugliest carpet ever... Oak is beautiful!).

maybe get some plastic sheeting, the good stuff, 9 millimeter, and drape it ENTIRELY over the whole square footage of the room, that way it can be sanitized. the rolls of the sheeting are like 5 foot wide, so youd only have to get one or two rolls. Your looking at less than a 50 dollar investment if you do what I suggest.... pretty cheap compared to pulling up the carpet and replacing/refurbishing the flooring.

No I redid the floors in the living area upstairs. I used drop cloth on my last indoor greenhouses to seal them to a bottom tray because they sat on paper and it isn't thick enough for my needs.
I'm looking for paneling or maybe even a linoleum type material. Something very sturdy.

I've always just put down a sheet of plastic as a liner.

Ya I will look into counter top material. My uncle works for a customcabinet place so maybe I can get it for free.
Sheet plastic is too weak I'm probably putting a drain in.
